For 25 years, the company was focused on managing residential properties on behalf of our clients as well as our own portfolio. In the summer of 2012, Amco expanded into the commercial sector, and Amco Commercial was born. With the same hands-on approach, the commercial side of the business grew quickly to become an integral part of the business. We specialise in multi-let industrial estates, and converted mills. In addition to this, we also manage a lot of retail properties, offices, and mixed-use properties. We have very good record of turning around the fortunes of neglected properties. We take on a lot of properties which have been badly mismanaged, and through our unique intensive input, we are able to achieve a generous return for our clients.
