About America's Support Coordination and Management
ASCM is a Supports Coordination Organization (SCO), located in Northeast Philadelphia, that monitors and coordinates services to individuals with physical disabilities and intellectual disabilities, including traumatic brain injuries (TBI). The scope of our population served are intended to cover all eligible Pennsylvanians 18 years of age and older based on our current spectrum of accepted waivers. Our team of trained Support Coordinators provide individuals with the necessary tools and resources to help them achieve the highest level of independence possible and integrate back into their community comfortably and holistically.
