About American Art Marketing

American Art Marketing is a marketing and event production company dedicated to advancing the livelihood of artists and artisans. We produce five trademark exhibitions per year in cities along the East Coast of the U.S. and match artists with thousands of collectors year-round at our affiliate company, An American Craftsman Galleries, in New York City and Stockbridge, Mass. Founded in 1980 by Directors Richard and Joanna Rothbard, American Art Marketing produces fine art and fine craft events that offer design excellence, affordability, and variety in prestigious locations across the eastern U.S. The Rothbards have over 30 years of experience marketing fine art and crafts. They have established themselves not only as innovative show promoters, but as owners of An American Craftsman Galleries, one of the most important contemporary high end craft showcases in the country, with locations at the Times Square Manhattan Hotel and on 55th street in New York City as well as in Stockbridge, MA. Richard is also an artist who is well known for his intricate wood puzzle boxes which have become his trademark: "Boxology."
