If you have been searching for a new way to experience team building with your employees and clients, axe throwing absolutely should be next on your list. At American Axes, we always say that axe throwing with us is safe, easy and fun and we mean that. Our coaches will teach you how to throw and within a matter of minutes, your entire group will have experienced the thrill of the axe hitting the target. Unlike similar activities where there may be a clear advantage to athletes, axe throwing is a level playing field where anyone can win. We are experts at creating competition and can customize the experience based upon your preferences such as a bracket style tournament to determine the best overall throwers or a variety of team games that bond new groups together through competition. In addition to axe throwing, we have a variety of partners that can help enhance your experience. At both of our locations, we are in close proximity to breweries who can provide beverages for your event. In Marietta, Schoolhouse Brewing is in the same complex and at The Works ATL location, the bar at Dr. Scofflaw Brewing is a mere 150 feet from our door. For both stores, we have a partnership with the breweries where they will provide canned beverages on ice when you arrive. Should alcohol not be in your plans, we can do the same with Coca Cola products of your choosing. In terms of food, at The Works ATL, our store shares a wall with Fox Brothers BBQ and they can set up buffet style barbecue or the boxed lunch variety. There is also the Chattahoochee Food Works which features over 30 different food vendors of all different styles – anything from seafood to Thai to craft baked potatoes. In Marietta, we do not have access to any immediate food options, so there we have had a mixture of catering companies, food trucks and pizza and we can make recommendations upon request. For both stores, we provide skirted tables and a rolling cooler with ice for your event at no additional cost.
