About American Caribbean Maritime Foundation
A U.S. non-profit foundation whose mission is to empower aspiring Caribbean maritime professionals by funding their education and providing mentorship. ACMF funds training at the Caribbean Maritime University in Jamaica; LJM Maritime Academy in The Bahamas, University of Trinidad and Tobago; Matpal Marine Institute and Atlantic Alliance and Off-Shore Marine Training--latter two organizations based in Guyana. Support is also provided to help develop marine communities.
