About American Concrete

American Concrete was established in August, 1993, but our family has been producing concrete for the Augusta-Aiken area since 1926. Four generations of our family have maintained our guiding principals for over eighty years: “Deliver a quality product with unbeatable service, at a fair price, while maintaining a commitment to improving the community.” Because of these values, we have earned the reputation of being the “experts of concrete” in this region and have maintained our policy of giving back 10% of our income through donations to charitable organizations (primarily local organizations benefiting children) Even our name tells some of the story of who we are. At the inception of American Concrete we were bucking the trend of independent concrete producers being purchased by international cement manufacturers. We were also demonstrating our national pride with the same four generations of our family having contributed significant military service to our country and our belief that our support of our military is better achieved by carrying the flag rather than waving it. With American Concrete you can always be assured that you will be treated fairly and honestly, will receive excellent service and a quality product. Ready-mixed concrete is all we do. We have to take it seriously and we have to do it better.
