American Heating and Cooling is a family owned and operated local company with a rich heritage in the Nashville community. Owners, Herman Wallace and Mike Parker, have each been in the HVAC field more than 30 years and have co-owned American since 1981. We have a full sales/engineering staff to help you decide on the system that best meets your needs, whether residential or commercial. Our technicians are factory trained and NATE certified and average over 3,000 new installations per year. And you’ll find our office staff competent and supportive. To meet the needs of our customers, training at American Heating and Cooling is an intensive and on-going process. The end result is that you receive prompt and efficient service at a competitive price. We’re located on Bradford Avenue in the Melrose area of Nashville. We have a 10,000 square foot facility that reflects our modern and professional approach to the air conditioning and heating industry. It includes a stocked warehouse of equipment and parts to supply our well-equipped fleet of trucks. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
