About American Karate School

The American Karate School of New Jersey is dedicated to training children and adults in the Martial Arts. We are based out of Warren County NJ and specialize in off site programs such as "School Base" or training in the class room for Autistic strudents and corporate fitness programs. We also work with non profit groups such as churches to enhance their leadership programs and to make karate affordable for everyone. The core value of our programs are deigned to develop leadership, confidence, self esteem and the virtues of honor and integrity in our students. Age and Physical limitations are not an issue at AMERICAN KARATE SCHOOL because our programs and classes are designed for everbody. (Adults, children, and kids). We also offer modified classes that are specifically designed for our family and friends that have Autism. In addition to these classes we also offer women only classes and private instruction. Our Style of karate is ISSHIN RYU KARATE but with the additional support of modern training equipment, teaching methods and theories. In addition to the our Isshin Ryu Karate classes we have also incorporated many concepts from Judo and collegiate wrestling for our grappling/ ground fighting programs. All of our instructors are certified ISSHIN RYU KARATE black belt instructors and are held to a high degree and standards.
