American Tool manufactures molds and provides services for all phases of the blow mold and thermoform industries. American Tool offers mold engineering, mold design, mold manufacturing, cnc machining, gun drilling, 5 axis cnc machining, and also mold repairs and revisions. Most molds are cnc machined aluminum billet and we also work with wood and renshape for prototype tools and double shrink patterns. We are known for building large complex molds and molds with slides and lifters to form undercuts. With several new cnc machines small and mid size molds are also a expertise. Our largest cnc machine allows us to manufacture molds up to 86" wide 160" long and 38" deep. We also have a large 5 axis with similar size. Almost all cnc machines have Renishaw probe systems to double check accuracy of tooling and molds during the cnc machining process. Final inspections can be done with our Faro Arm and sent over to the customer. Dedicated to quality and the satisfaction of our customers we stand behind our work 100%.
