American Trademark Construction Services (ATCS) was established in 1995 as a commercial/industrial General Contractor/Construction Management firm with a common objective that focused on the development of a quality, reliable construction firm dedicated to high standards of performance and service to its clients, supported by a corporate philosophy and professional work ethic displayed by all employees and business associates of ATCS. It is our expressed intent to provide a job site work environment for our employees, subcontractors, clients and patrons that insures their safety at all times when working or visiting any of our projects. With over 60 years of combined construction management experience, the partners have concentrated their efforts toward building a construction company that reflects honesty, integrity, reliability and quality in the construction industry. Over the past fifteen (15) years, we have achieved that objective and, ATCS is recognized as one of the top construction firms in the Dayton area, being ranked #3 by the Dayton Business Journal for total construction sales in 2007. More importantly, we are a construction firm that relies almost entirely on our relationships with owners, architects and professional engineering firms with whom we have successfully completed projects to promote and market our company. Our mission statement is the foundation of our company philosophy and, our commitment to those principles has allowed us to build a successful company with a solid, reliable reputation for building quality projects on schedule and within budget.
