An Experienced Team We have an experienced and diverse management team with backgrounds in corporate finance, structured finance, capital markets, public finance, and student housing. Additionally, we have two large institutional capital partners and investors, Compatriot Capital Inc. and Macquarie Capital. Compatriot Capital directs the real estate investment strategy for Sammons Enterprises, Inc., the privately-held global holding company. Macquarie Capital is an affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of Macquarie Group Limited, one of the largest real estate and infrastructure investors in the world.
