Born and raised in India, Amita Naithani is a designer and manufacturer of finest resort wear and lifestyle collections. Amita established her own fashion company in 1998 and has continued to adorn women all over the world with her beautiful designs. Many of her designs are inspired by some of the artisan techniques of India, such has hand embroideries and embellishments, as well as hand tie dyes and mixtures of exquisite fabrics. With Amita's passion for always wanting to make women feel beautiful and unique, she launched her own resort wear collection that made it's debut at the 2014 International Swim Show in Miami Beach. Her vision for the Amita Naithani collection was to offer women lifestyle dressing that took them from the beach or pool and into the evening. Today the collection can be found in stores such as Lord and Taylor and Everything But Water, as well as high end specialty boutiques within the U.S, and internationally. As a sophisticated world traveler, Amita finds inspiration by the beauty that surrounds her throughout her many travels.
