Welcome to Amped Sports Lab, the first Zero Carbon Building, Performance Standard Certified sports performance training and fitness facility in Ottawa, Ontario! Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to helping athletes of all levels improve their speed, agility, power, and overall athletic performance using a science-based approach to training. Our team of experienced coaches and trainers are dedicated to helping athletes achieve their goals by incorporating cutting-edge technology and equipment into our training programs. From sports-specific training to injury prevention and rehabilitation, we offer a range of services designed to help our clients reach their full potential. Our 36,000 square foot facility features a variety of training spaces, including The Fitness Lab, a fully equipped training gym, Amped Physiotherapy, party rooms for birthdays and events and a bar with food and beverages. It doesn’t stop there – we have Reactor C.O.R.E. (a vision training clinic) that improves reaction time, processing ability, and aids in the recovery from concussion.
