Introducing VARmetric – The MRI of Remelting Furnance Systems – A seamlessly integrated measurement solution that allows you to instantly see, identify and act upon previously unseen, but potentially harmful, arc melting conditions within vacuum arc remelting (VAR) and electro-slag remelting (ESR) furnances. VARmetric is a brand new, multi-module measurement system for vacuum arc remelting furnaces that provides arc location measurements to operators and engineers. The ability to detect and locate electric arcs sets new standards for quality and safety in everyday processes that span multiple industries. AmpSci also perform multi-physics computational modeling as well as develop other integrated measurement systems.
