🌟 Ready to Rewrite Your Story? Let's Do It Together! 🎉 I started my company Amplify Soon, because I am called to empower the next generation of minorities to discover their strengths and own their potential. Let me share a bit of my journey with you. 💭 When I look back for 20 years of my career, I've done two things really well As an immigrant, I tried to not stand out, never make waves, and did my best to assimilate into the culture But, I also want to get ahead in my career. So I look at what others did to get promoted, and tried to do the same. 💭 I got really good at being who I am not. That led me to "i can't get out of bed" exhaustion. ✨ But today, I feel different. For many parts of my work and life, I am able to use my strengths - which are things that energize me. I intentionally immerse myself with activities, relationships, even thoughts that brings me energy. Whenever possible, I also minimize activities that drain my energy. I call this my "Personal Energy Management". 🔗 So how did I get here? 🔍 At the edge of burning out, was when I took the CliftonStrengths assessment. My CliftonStrengths results unveiled 1. What are the things I do best naturally and gives me energy 2. What are the things that are like vampire and sucking the life out of me 🚀 Turns out, CliftonStrengths was the lifeline for my midlife crisis. And now that i am on the other side, I want you to know That if you feel stuck, like I was, know that there IS a better way to work and live.
