My mission is to bring the magic of fun and imagination to every day life, adding moments of joyful exploration and delight to your home. It’s my hope that you will revisit, look forward to, or create happy memories with Amuseboosh toys, home décor, apparel, artwork, stationery and other offerings. Though the entryway plaque at Disneyland reads “Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy” - I might say “Here you enhance today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy.” What does “Amuseboosh “ mean, anyway? It’s a play on the French word “amusebouche”, meaning a personally selected morsel specially created and given by a chef to her patrons. It is meant to be a gift; a surprise to welcome and delight. I hope that my artwork and designs have that very same effect. After all, everything here was made just for you, concocted with a mixture of favorite pastimes, modern nostalgic style, and sprinkled with love and imagination. If you’ve found yourself here, you probably arrived by the same pixie dust or rabbit hole we were all attracted to at some time in our lives. This place represents a feeling we want to return to over and over again. If you’re like me, you are drawn to its perfect blend of reassurance and comfort and the excitement of new and thrilling adventure. We love fantasy, beauty, and hope. If only there was a way to bottle up that feeling and add it to our every day lives!
