An English Cobblers (Shoe repair), We try and stand out from the crowd and at the same time address the issues that people come across in other shoe repair stores. Firstly we always give a price before undertaking the job, now if when we start we got the job wrong and it should cost more, well that's my problem, the cost we quote is the cost you pay. we always look at the finish, I know this is a problem at some stores because we have re-finished shoes done elsewhere that the customers where not happy with. what do we repair? bring it in I fail to be amazed any more we have repaired some weird things. And why do we work so hard because we give a "Satisfaction Guarantee" too many times I hear of people returning shoes to the repairer because they are not happy only to be told its their fault or that's what happens. Must of my customers are referrals as we say in the store, "If you don't like what we have done tell us its Guaranteed, if you do like what we have done tell the world.
