Ana Polanco is here to accompany you as you unlock that potential that already lives inside of you and the communities you are a part of. Ana Polanco is a wisdom keeper, cultural facilitator and organizational consultant who helps those in the public, private and philanthropic sectors become transformative leaders and turn the work of social change into a sustainable movement. By reconnecting to cultural practices and experiences, she was able to help others decolonize the limited view we have on leadership in the western context and reimagine what it means to lead from a place of radical inclusion and belonging. Ana Polanco Coaching offers: • 1:1 coaching primarily and not exclusively for women of color who are in a leadership role at a senior or executive level or who are making a professional transition. • The Wild Dreams group coaching program, which centers cultural, ancestral techniques and perspectives and provides a new framework for how you relate to purpose, time and success. • Team coaching and organizational development for groups to imagine new ways of building authentic relationships, increasing autonomy and exposing colonized views of the work that keep them from accomplishing their organization’s purpose.
