We are a new heart-based community in Barcelona - a sacred sanctuary offering daily activities for seekers of truth. Our aim is to accompany you on your journey to the depths of the great mystery and offer an alternative vision of life - a place of magic, mystery and wonder. Think of us as your spiritual playground - a place for you to CONNECT (with yourself, each other and the universe), EXPRESS and FIND YOUR JOY. These are the 3 pillars that guide us in everything that we do. Not only are our activities facilitated by the best people we have had the joy of meeting, but each activity is curated to support at least one of these pillars. We are a vehicle for you to expand on your spiritual path. We promise to hold and accompany you from a place of non-judgemental and loving compassion because, although we can offer you the tools to transcend, only YOU can do the work. Life has its own wisdom. Whoever tries to help the butterfly out of the chrysalis kills it. There are certain things that have to happen from the inside out, and what could be more important internal transformation than your spiritual growth?! Barcelona is a transient city and this can lead to loneliness and a feeling of isolation. One of our main goals in the creation of Anahata is to bring together a tribe of like-minded individuals - a soul family - so that we can explore ourselves and the universe together.
