Serving as a subject matter expert for both uniform & civilian personnel in all ranks, including executive-level leadership positions in workforce operationalization, cost engineering, and governance. I have assisted the Correction Officers’ Benevolent Association Inc. within the Office of Collective Bargaining, served as an Item writer for promotional examinations to Warden, and provided pro bono services to non-profit organizations whose missions are to accelerate progress towards a more fair & effective criminal justice system As a consummate professional, I am adept at providing redress as an amicus curia (friend of the court) and as a neutral party consultant on systems subject to neglect resulting from conditions of staffing, budgetary, and leadership gross mismanagement. In this capacity, regulatory crises are addressed in governance to achieve jurisdictional compliance & efficacy in management standards to establish adequate mandatory operational conditions as codified by law within the American criminal justice system.
