About Ananda Gurukula
Ananda Gurukula is dedicated to meditation, yoga and spiritual teachings. We teach meditation practices, provide local weekly meditation evenings, called Dharmachakra. We have yoga classes and special traditional wisdom seminars dedicated to bringing the traditional teachings and practices of the yoga forward to aid people on their path to self realization. In addition, we offer retreats, yoga training, and workshops on the ancient knowledge of yogic teachings. We publish books and inspirational writings on many Yoga related topics. Ananda Gurukula is dedicated to sharing the traditional wisdom teachings and practices of the yoga to assist people on the path to self realization. This includes meditation practices, yogic understanding of the nature of our existence and how our minds work, the therapeutic application of yogic knowledge, and yoga's understanding of how to free ourselves from suffering and move towards enlightment. We are based in the teachings of our beloved guru, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti and his intuitive teachings which come from him thru Maetreyii Ma.
