Our founder spent nearly a decade working for two of the largest exterior home remodelers in NE Ohio. While we believe those companies and many like them bring a tremendous value to their customers and our industry, they often have a cookie cutter approach to projects that allows them to provide service to such a large customer base. As such, there is a portion of the population looking for a more personalized remodeling experience that simply is not being served. Anchor was started on a simple concept; We wear flip-flops. This simple philosophy comes from the fact that you will rarely see Daniel out and about without his customary flip-flops, because that is how he is most comfortable. Likewise, we believe that each of our customers has a right to a construction experience that is comfortable for THEM! Every appointment with an Anchor representative begins with a 25 point home inspection, during which time, our customers have the opportunity to fill out a brief survey to help us know what your desires and needs are, as well as any expectations that they have about the process, and what they are hoping to gain by meeting with us.
