Anchor Entertainment is an award-winning production company founded by veteran producer Ethan Goldman. Anchor’s mission is to collaborate with documentarians and filmmakers to create timely, character-driven films and tv series for premium streamers. Anchor’s first film, REBEL HEARTS, premiered at Sundance in 2021 to rave reviews and was immediately acquired by Discovery+ (now available on MAX). Their two-part documentary UNDERCURRENT: The Disappearance of Kim Wall premiered on HBO in 2022, followed by the Emmy-nominated four-part limited series MODEL AMERICA for MSNBC. In 2023, Anchor’s four-part limited series LOOK INTO MY EYES, produced in partnership with Blumhouse, premiered on Sundance TV and quickly became AMC+'s most watched true crime launch in the platform's history. Their documentary feature, RATHER, on news legend Dan Rather had its world premiere at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival followed by the world premiere of THEY CALLED HIM MOSTLY HARMLESS at the 2023 Hamptons International Film Festival (and will launch on Max in early 2024). The LA-based prodco is currently in production on three independently financed features, as well as multiple series including a second season of CAPTURING HOME for Magnolia/MAX, and a spinoff of their award-winning series THE LOST KITCHEN featuring world renown chef Erin French.
