About Anchor Shoring & Caissons
The Anchor Shoring Group of Companies is a design-build contracting firm which specializes in soil retention, earth shoring, caisson walls, shotcrete, caissons, augered shafts, pile foundations, deep foundations, sheet piling, tiebacks and rock anchor installations. Founded in 1968 they offer over 45 years of construction experience and have completed more than 4,000 projects including such high-profile, complex projects as the Air Canada Centre, BCE Place, Hospital for Sick Children, MaRS Discovery District, Royal Ontario Museum, the Bahen Centre for Information Technology (University of Toronto), Maple Leaf Square Condominiums, Windsor Casino, Airport Rail Link, West Diamond Grade Separation and numerous TTC infrastructure projects. Safety is a priority at the Anchor Group. We have a full time experienced, safety officer on staff. Our supervisors and personnel attend training sessions both in-house and through outside organizations such as CSAO and IAPA. In order to provide a full range of services the original company of Anchor Shoring has evolved into several divisions and companies which form the Anchor Shoring Group; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd., Banner Piling & Excavating Limited and Crown Drilling Limited.
