Anderson & Murison "A&M" is a privately owned independent insurance wholesaler. We've grown by helping independent agent/brokers grow. Some have been with us through several generations. Our goal, since our inception in 1965, is to deliver solutions for your clients' unique, hard-to-place and specialty insurance needs. One submission to A&M gives you access to many markets. A&M is not owned by or affiliated with any retail agent / broker that may compete for your clients. We avoid gimmicks and like to work with producers who look for long term relationships based on mutual benefit. Generally, we split the commissions we receive 50:50 with our producers. We are able to pay 17% on some products. Top producers are eligible for discretionary bonuses. We keep our fees in line with the expense necessary to deliver prompt and professional service to you. We offer all types commercial, personal lines and professional liability coverage for virtually all types of risks on an admitted and non-admitted basis in all states. We only work with A.M. Best rated "A-" or better insurers. We write a very competitive "stand alone" Personal Umbrella and Comprehensive Personal Liability (CPL) programs. We have the markets for "high risk and high profile" individuals. We routinely write limits up to $15,000,000 and, when justified, up to $30,000,000 is available. IIABACal and IBA West members are eligible for a special personal umbrella program. Our experienced underwriters have been given the "pen" for most of our markets enabling A&M to give you fast answers and solutions on your submission. For those risks that don't fit one of our "in-house binding markets" we have access to most specialty US and foreign insurers that will have a solution for your hard to place larger accounts.
