This is Juan Andrade and I am Andrade Business Solutions. I believe strong core financial processes and dynamic strategic leadership are critical to the growth and prosperity of all companies, regardless of size. Over the course of 20+ year careers in finance and the US military, I’ve built solutions that provided companies unprecedented controls and insights into their businesses. Best of all, I got to partner with CEO’s and all levels of management to strategize for growth, improve margins and prepare for immediate and future challenges. The inspiration for this business was a really, really good cookie. See, my wife runs a small bakery where she makes the best cookies, cakes, and biscotti you’ll ever eat. As her reputation, client base and distribution opportunities grew, so did the need to control costs, understand product profitability, and move the financials from spreadsheets to a bookkeeping platform. Now as she moves to a commercial bakery there’s the need for formal financial statements, forecasts and business strategy. While she’s an exceptional businesswoman, these things aren’t her expertise.
