Working as lead counsel for over 100 Municipal Liability Claims, I have saved the taxpayers millions of dollars defending high value personal injury losses. In 2001 I took my expertise to the private sector with a heavy concentration representing personal injury and medical malpractice victims and have recovered millions for my clients at the Trial level. Additionally, I have litigated in the Appellate Divisions over my career and my work on those cases have been published at least 19 times and in at least four legal textbooks, treatises and legal encyclopedias including: New York Jurisprudence, 2nd Edition, Corpus Juris Secundum, McQuillin Law of Municipal Corporations and Thompson-West, New York Motions in Limine.
