A professional photographer for 20 years, Andy's photography journey started in high school when he signed up for photography class in year nine. "It was the perfect class, with a camera slung over my shoulder I could get out of the classroom and play around with my friends in the schoolyard. I quickly became enthralled with photography, the first art genre I was good at. It allowed me to be outside and explore, to express myself, to capture fleeting moments and objects of interest on film. After completing a 3 year photography degree at RMIT University Andy went traveling and making photographs around the world in destinations such as Jamaica, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, Mexico, Japan, all through out Australia, India, Thailand, Italy, Greece, Israel, Morocco, Egypt and a 2 year stint living in Brooklyn, New York. Andy spent almost a decade working as a staff photographer with NewsCorp and now works freelance, shooting for all sizes of businesses, companies organisations and all levels of government. Andy works hard to tell the stories of all his clients creating authentic images in a natural style.
