Established in 1985, Andy's Roll Covers has been offering affordable quality impact protection for rolls and cylinders associated with the converting, flexographic, label, printing, package/packaging, paper, film, vinyl, and impression industry. Andy's Roll Covers are custom fit protection for cylinders such as laser engraved narrow and wide web anilox rolls, gravure, chill, rubber, rotary dies, and other cylinders used in the printing industry. They are mainly used to protect the edge and face of the cylinders from impact damage that occurs during handling and storage. Research shows that the Standard Roll Covers offer 60 times and the Ultima Roll Covers offer over 125 times the protection of a bare anilox roll. At least 90% of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process are American Made. Andy's Roll Covers is a manufacturing facility where all of the vinyl used in the manufacturing process is from brand new repurposed materials.
