About Anesca Talent

Anesca was founded by Darragh Lee who has 20 years of experience in senior hiring across multiple disciplines and within a wide range of sectors and types of companies. Darragh also spent over 4 years working in-house for TalkTalk, a major UK Telecoms business, where he led their Talent Acquisition and Executive Search activities. During this time, he gained invaluable experience from being on the client side and therefore truly understands what a large and fast paced business really wants and needs when it comes to executive level hiring. At Anesca, we have a vast network of high calibre individuals at senior level which means that we can operate at a faster pace than traditional executive search firms. This network doesn’t only include candidates and clients but also brings access to researchers, business psychologists, various leadership assessment platforms, executive coaches and organisational design professionals.
