Molly is a clinical operations expert with extensive experience in operations and product management specializing in implementation of healthcare technology. She combines expertise in healthcare finance and strategic program planning with certification in human factors of change management capability. Working in many health care settings, she is an effective and credible communicating with healthcare leadership, physicians and staff. While working on an implementation of Epic systems in large integrated health systems, Molly had responsibility for organizational change readiness for several clinical teams, such as cardiovascular services and surgical services. The implementation requirements included design of project plans, change management plans and communication with key stakeholders across a matrixed organization. In the most recent work on Epic, she was part of a technology company that extracted the entire database from the six instances of Epic in a large integrated health system. This data was extracted to develop alerting and operational software with real time data, working in conjunction with Epic information. Molly’s responsibility was to work directly with clinicians to assess current operations and their future requirements. She then developed the specifications for the software engineers to develop technology products. Finally, she designed the testing and implementation strategy for the products within the health system, to complement and enhance information in the Epic system. Molly holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University.
