We offer services to help you understand or create your NDIS plan and link you with providers in your area to achieve your goals. We offer support coordination in home personal care, social support, respite or short term accommodation services too. We are an experienced, disability led boutique family organisation that genuinely cares about people. Empowering people with a disability to live their best lives and access the services they need is close to our heart. Finding the system difficult and confusing to navigate, unsure of what support was available and which was best for her children, Cassy wished she had someone to give her a guiding light at a difficult time. It was for this reason that she built Angelic Care, to give others the support that she was yearning for. With more then 30 years on the field experience in connecting allied supports and building personal care teams, we are here for you and or your loved ones. We build highly trained teams for direct care and understand the high complex requirements to link you with the best professionals in the industry. We help you to achieve your life goals and learn new life skills. We offer services for adults and children throughout regional and metro Gold Coast down to Tweed South, Regional and metro Brisbane and surrounding areas, in their own homes, community settings and our Activity Bases.
