The Anima Method involves a wide variety of massage, stretching, and non-touch techniques, chosen and applied in a customized manner to effectively address each client's exact needs. As a certified yoga instructor (300 RYT) and with 5 years of professional experience in the fitness industry, Sharon designs a simple, personalized daily maintenance program for her clients.
