About ANNA+Cie

ANNA+Cie helps women get to the top. We are a non-profit organization offering a cross-mentoring and development program for female high-potential executives with the ambition to advance to C-level positions in their companies. The program is a complementary product to in-house development courses, not a substitute, drawing from decades of experience in leadership evaluation and development, coaching and mentoring of high-potentials as well as international management and board activity in various industries The 1-year course consists of: • 4 x 2.5-day training modules in a group of up to 12 ANNAs aged between 35 and 50 from diverse industries and departments. • Cross-mentoring throughout the year from an individually matched, experienced European leader from a different, disassociated industry • Access and interaction with the network of ANNA alumni After the course our alumni continue to benefit from their newly formed network in: • Yearly alumni meetings to network within the full ANNA community and keep up to date with current leadership issues • Ongoing networking opportunities within the ANNA alumni community The next ANNA+Cie cohort starts 4th December 2019.
