Offering 1:1 and group coaching for adults who want to "up their game" and specialize in helping professional adults diagnosed with ADHD late in life. At Anna Davis Coaching, I envision harmonious communities healed by the contributions of adults, especially those with neurodiverse brains, realizing their potential and living their purpose. Anna Davis Coaching is committed to creating an innovative, inclusive, and individualized coaching experience that inspires and empowers driven adults, with or without neurodiverse brains, to live with ease and abundance, creating a ripple effect of positive impact on their families, workplaces, and communities. Why?... Having ADHD or associated traits presents difficulties with executive functioning skills that unfortunately are not well understood by many "neurotypicals" and thus creates shame. Because of this, many ADHDers have learned to hide or mask their difficulties by working extra hard in order to "fit in" and "look normal". And... as if it's not already hard enough to initiate, stick to, and follow through on projects, on the flip side these individuals are also often plagued with time blindness, difficulties transitioning, hyper-focus, perfectionism, poor boundaries, extreme discomfort with perceived failure or rejection, and a tendency toward people-pleasing, all of which undermine the development of healthy self-esteem and self-trust. The paradox is that adults with ADHD have an innate sense that they are gifted at many things and have no shortage of creative ideas or innovative ways of solving problems. Yet bringing their gifts to the world often feels next to impossible and might just be their biggest source of existential pain. Ultimately what these adults want is more time, more freedom, more accomplishment, and more connection.
