Created in 2007 by Annette Abstoss, Abstoss World Gastronomy (AWG) is a company dedicated 100% to the highest level of gastronomy AWG is the result of many years of experience and learning in the culinary world, after 10 years working as a supplier to the most exclusive restaurants and hotels in Spain, hand in hand with the best chefs in the country. This has given us the access to all the information needed from the inside, to be up to date in this changing culinary world. Services: -Some of AWG’s activities are representing top brands such as Koppert cress for the Spanish market and Maldon salt in Asia, also we do culinary consulting and promotion of gourmet products. -AWG offers a ‘food-hunting’ service, searching for any ingredient requested for restaurants and wholesalers alike. -Another specialty is the events organization, such as Cuinasia, the first Asian cuisine congress (created and organized by Annette Abstoss, director of AWG) and the culinary trips (see travel section) that open culinary worlds, we offer trips any where there is good eating, from Asia to anywhere in Europe and to America where we offer the best restaurants and tips for gastronomy lovers. -AWG offers an educational programs, one of them is the 'Ingredientes - the Master Class', designed for professionals that want to further their knowledge of ingredients to help them with the creative process.
