About Annual NSBE/SHPE Career Fair

The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have hosted the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair since 1978. With over 200 companies and 4,000 students in attendance annually, the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair is one of the largest student-run career fairs in the country. Rensselaer’s slogan is “Why not change the world?” and our students are eager to further themselves and the world around them.
