About Anomaly Therapy

At Anomaly Therapy, our therapists primarily work with adults (18+) throughout the lifespan, and have a history of seeing late teens (15+) as well. We treat all presenting issues/diagnoses, and operate from an accepting and non-judgmental lens to offer a more holistic approach and comprehensive care to our clients. Each member of our intimate team is trained in EMDR, and carries a unique and personalized application to their clinical role. All new and inquiring clients will be offered a free phone consultation to briefly discuss their reasons for seeking therapy. This call is intended to support a connected and authentic relationship with our therapists. We recognize the challenges often experienced when finding a therapist, and we hope to provide a bridge to care through our external referral network as needed. In addition to individual, couples, and family work, Anomaly is invested in systemic mental health advocacy through our Workplace Wellness (WW) offerings. Through our WW program, we provide comprehensive psychoeducation and care to businesses/corporations who aim to embody a more balanced system. Our team will also offer services and support to enhance employee experience/satisfaction, and decrease turnover, burnout, anxiety, depression, etc. at work.
