About Ansync Labs

Ansync Labs is a research and development firm, specializing in product design and manufacturing. We’re uniquely experienced in motors and automation, medical and IOT devices, touch-screen and kiosks, LED systems, PCB prototyping, and x-ray inspection. Developing innovative solutions, our electrical, software, and mechanical engineers are backed by in-house manufacturing, machining, and printed circuit board assembly teams. Ideas become functional prototypes, prototypes become production runs, and our clients scale. Design Before we start our first sketches, we are hard at work finding the issues that surround current platforms while figuring out what can be solved with new technologies and solutions from cross-industries. Through our design process we not only explore design constraints, but also the business constraints of our clients. By paying close attention to our clients business model, we are able to develop the most efficient method of bringing their product to the market. Prototype Ansync Labs can rapidly prototype and iterate by utilizing our in-house Printed Circuit Board Line, SLA 3D printers, and 5-axis CNC capabilities. We actively avoid common pitfalls of development by maintaining direct in-house control over all facets of the project. We can quickly produce mechanical feasibility studies, giving us the ability to explore many new designs before committing to production. Manufacturing Based on our client’s estimated annual usage, we can select the appropriate materials and manufacturing processes that are most efficient and economical for the application.
