We offer a relational, embodied, and community-driven path for adolescent and adult men ready to face themselves and their lives. Here, struggle is not something to fix—it’s something to listen to. Anxiety, depression, substance use, tech overuse, social isolation, and “failure to launch” are not endpoints. They are signals. Invitations toward growth. We are not a clinic. We are not a rehab. Antedote is a long-term alternative rooted in developmental psychology, rites of passage, and The Whole Life Practice—a framework that integrates body, will, emotion, mind, and being. How We Work: The Lab: 5,000 sq. ft. of embodied practice—mats, cold plunge, basketball court, and honest circles. Challenge met with real support. The Stoa House: A structured residential community of rhythm, responsibility, and daily mentorship. The Antedote Network: A curated team of clinicians, mentors, and specialists offering relationship-first, whole-person care. We walk alongside men as they learn to regulate, relate, and remember who they are—through direct practice and meaningful connection. For Clinicians: A trusted referral for clients needing more than talk therapy, yet something different than traditional treatment. For Parents: A grounded, structured path for your loved one to find direction and belonging. For Men: A place to show up as you are, do the work, and find your own way forward. This is Antedote.
