At Anteris, we make private mental health care available to New Zealanders, promoting great patient outcomes by supporting Psychiatrists to work in their zone of genius. We operate from branches in Auckland's North Shore, Hamilton, and Tauranga. For patients and referrers, this means employing enough doctors to be able to see patients in a timely fashion, by doctors who are engaged and interested in that patient group. For employees, Anteris aims to meet your needs and further your goals as a practitioner, whether that goal is freedom from the on-call roster, control over the way you work, the ability to take whatever time off you need, or the flexibility of working from home if need be, or a financial goal. How do we do this? By stopping to listen to what the clinician wants. What should be the very basis of all interactions between clinicians and the organisations they work for - a conversation about what works best for you - is rarely a reality. Because we are focussed on customer care - and we know that our clinicians are our customers - we are able to provide a premium patient experience as well. It's all about serving people. Anteris can provide a place to practice, a referral base, computer systems, and administration staff to do booking, scheduling, and patient communication. In addition to this we have clinicians who can help guide you into the new world of private practice if you are unsure of anything. Our model stands alone and can be adapted to various situations and locations.
