We are a team of specialized therapists who are passionate about treating all anxiety disorders, especially Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Our clinic treats pediatric to geriatric populations, and we treat many of the issues that arise when battling OCD or anxiety, such as depression, eating and sleep issues, and interpersonal struggles. What is core to our mission: offering proven interventions that actually help people…delivered compassionately. This is why our team relies exclusively on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). You’ll find us visiting with our clients out of the office, or remotely through video technology, as much as we work in the office….Why? because we like to tackle OCD and anxiety where shows up the most. And…because we are anxiety specialists who offer exposure therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), recognized as some of the most effective methods to treat OCD and the other anxiety disorders.
