About Any Stage of Healing (ASH)

Any Stage of Healing (ASH) was born after repeatedly discovering that accessible, trauma-specific mental health support and training are extremely difficult to come by. I wanted to expand the type of trauma recovery work that was being done in the Greater Los Angeles neighborhoods, specifically for survivors of complex trauma and first responders. Having the courage to navigate the darkest parts of yourself in order to feel free is the first step toward healing yourself; hence the term shadow work. ASH's mission is to join with survivors and responders in their own communities to engage in healing, recovery, and empowerment, with the goal of attaining post-traumatic growth and resiliency.
