About AONA

AONA began with our first luminaire; The Alpha, an all-in-one, three-piece lighting suite designed for the modern home office. But we're not just a lighting company, we're actually just a handful of guys and girls who are either veterans of the lighting industry, aspiring writers, bored IT specialists, or just plain unemployed. But even before that, the idea of a sleek and functional lighting suite was just an idea discussed by two guys over beers at a party in a Munich apartment. It was something that became a constant ambition for both of them, with the core idea that as long as people are going to be in their home offices, why not "make good light, and look better in the process". Over the next few weeks and months, the alpha evolved from a handful of sketches and ideas into a fully functional prototype. In that time, we've called on friends, colleagues, and clandestine foreign assets to build a team that we'll introduce to you in the lead up to AONA's Kickstarter launch. You see, we're not just here to sell lamps, we're here to prove what great light can do for your life, your career, and your confidence. Interested?
