ap Valuations Limited is a boutique firm specializing in business valuations, litigation support, financial consulting, mediation, and arbitration. Our aim is to provide the highest level of service to every client. We approach each engagement from an independent and objective perspective. We strive to be cost-effective in providing analyses, reports and advice of the highest calibre. In this regard, the Partners and Principals are ‘hands on’ supervising and/or executing all aspects of the work. In our view, this method of practice makes a difference in the quality of work provided as well as the commitment and service to our clients. Our clients include law firms, corporations, governments and individuals. We work with our clients to identify the best way to assist them taking into account timing and fee sensitivities. Our team’s strong analytical and interpersonal skills combined with our diverse expertise in many industries and context allows us to play many roles. We have been hired as independent business valuators in both sole engagements and joint engagements and collaborative law matters. We also have experience as mediators. In addition, we have been retained as financial consultants in advisory roles to provide assistance with strategic business decisions, including acquisitions, assisting in the development of shareholder agreements, employee stock ownership plans, and similar engagements.
