Founded in 2008, the company remains wholly owned and controlled by its management team. Apache's multifamily platform includes landmark projects such as Angel Gardens in Manchester and The Mercian in Birmingham. The single-family housing platform, Present Made, has spearheaded the creation of community-focused developments like Eddington in Cambridge. Investing for the long-term, Apache’s philosophy has been to focus on demographically and structurally supported asset classes.
