About APAECatalunya

Quizás antes de hablar de nuestro refugio deberíamos hablar de los principios que en los que se ha aposentado. APAECATALUNYA lleva 16 años elaborando su filosofía y su forma de trabajar y en ambas lo primero es el respeto, la dignidad, la salud y el bienestar de los animales. La premisa que gobierna nuestro refugio es que todos tenemos derecho a vivir sin miedo y en base a ella, cada día abrimos las puertas para que ningún animal vuelva a tener miedo a nadie y a nada. Esto ha hecho de nosotros un equipo proactivo y dispuesto a aprender cada día algo nuevo con cada caso que rescatamos. APAECatalunya fue fundada en el 2005 por Tere Rodriguez para salvar a animales exóticos que necesitan ayuda, y encontrar al adoptante perfecto para el animal perfecto. Nuestra primera Misión es salvar las vidas de estos animales, y una vez que están a salvo, cubrir sus necesidades de alimentación, cuidados veterinarios y emocionales para poder entregarlos en adopción. Proporcionar instalaciones adecuadas para cada individuo, que les otorgue seguridad, pero al mismo tiempo, permitiendo que tengan una vida lo más llena de enriquecimiento ambiental como sea posible.
