About Apama

The Apama business and technology was acquired by Progress Software in 2005, and subsequently transferred into the ownership of Software AG in 2012. Apama provided next-generation Trading Strategy Management technologies which allowed traders to instantly and continuously analyse, evaluate and respond to market events. Combined with Apama's dashboard technology - providing real-time reporting of traders' positions, VaR, and exposure - Apama was a platform that offered unparalleled flexibility and dynamic interaction with live strategies.
