Apatura Growth and Development was established in 2022 by Michael Preston. Michael specialises in partnering with both experienced and aspiring executive leaders to enhance performance, accelerate development and maximise personal fulfilment. With over 25 years of multi-national leadership in organisations such as GSK, Reckitt and Boots, Michael appreciates the challenges leaders face while delivering industry leading performance during constant change and adaptation within businesses. Michael believes that for a leader to be at their best and to develop as effectively as possible, they should understand their areas of strength, how they are energised and be clear what is important to them.
