Apex Care Homes Ltd was established in 1983 to provide residential and nursing care in the community. The care provided is on a 24 hour basis covered by a three shift system. Apex Care Homes provide nursing and residential care for adults to elderly. Aims and Objectives of Apex Care Homes The aim of Apex Care Homes is to provide person centred care to all our service users based on individual need to a standard of excellence. We ensure service users and family members are constantly consulted and empowered and promise an environment of constant improvement. We have various ways in which this is done which includes our "Your Say" campaign to encourage service users and family members to have 'their say', at service user and stakeholder meetings, our "Make a Wish" campaign, etc. Please see individual statements of purpose for each home for more information. We seek to care for our service users as we would our own family in an environment of compassion, care and support where service users are listened to and treated with respect and dignity. We encourage our service users to keep as active and involved as possible through dedicated activity coordinators, day centres and through offering outings and holidays. We are passionate about ensuring our service users are kept safe and free from abuse and feel able to speak out or raise any concerns that they may have. Safeguarding is very important to us.
